Matthew Tobin Anderson (M.T. Anderson) is an author of books for a wide range of ages, from picture books to young adult novels. He won the 2006 National Book Award for the first volume of The Astonishing Life of Octavian Nothing, and some of his other books have been honorees for the National Book Award and the Printz Award. He is currently on the board for the National Children's Book and Literacy Alliance, and continues to write.
